Fee Waiver Deadlines

Please complete the Fee Waiver Application Form by following the link below. If you are approved for a fee waiver, you will receive a voucher code to register for the course and exam.

Who is Eligible for the LexisNexis Fee Waiver?

To qualify for the LexisNexis Fee Waiver, you must:

Be one of the following:

  • A U.S. citizen
  • A U.S. national
  • A U.S. permanent resident (green card holder)
  • An individual with an Arrival-Departure Record from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services
  • Possess a valid U.S. social security number
    (except for students from the Republic of the Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, or the Republic of Palau).
  • Have filed an accurate Form 1040 with the IRS for the prior tax year or been lawfully exempted from filing.
  • Be planning, in good faith, to attend an accredited U.S. law school.

How to Apply for the LexisNexis Fee Waiver

Applying for the LexisNexis Fee Waiver is simple and accessible. Note that vouchers cannot be replaced, refunded, combined with other offers, or used for past tests, and no refunds are given for missed tests or invalid IDs. Here's how to apply:

  1. Complete the Fee Waiver Application Form and include all required materials, such as copies of both sides of your green card if you are a permanent resident, before the due date for your session.
  2. Submit the form and supporting documents in .pdf, .jpg, or .png formats before the deadline, ensuring all information is accurate, complete, and legible.
  3. If awarded a fee waiver, you'll receive an email with your voucher and instructions after the application period ends.
All personal financial information provided to JD-Next will be hosted securely by JD-Next and its parent company, Aspen Publishing. We will delete this information no more than one year after receiving it.
